Vodafone's MySpace "exclusive"

Vodafone has signed an "exclusive" deal (Reuters) with MySpace allowing Vodafone users to access the social networking site from their phones. If it's exclusive to Vodafone, I'm curious how they'll stop me - a T-mobile customer - from accessing MySpace from the web browser in my Nokia E61. Or to put it another way - sure it's exclusive if you assume no convergence of mobile and web. That seems a pretty narrow assumption.
